What kinds of organizations are supported by the Foundation?

We support professional, efficient, effective and transparent nonprofit organizations that promote community development in Juárez and work in a variety of areas such as education, health, youth participation, employment and income-generating activities, cultural identity, environment and conservation, among others causes.

How does the foundation guarantee transparency and stewardship?

Our Board of Directors is integrated by people who represent different sectors of our community. The Foundation’s Analysis Committee reviews every project we support. We put into practice financial and accounting policies and our statements of financial position are made public and reviewed periodically by an auditor as well as the Foundation’s Finance and Administration Committee. The accounting services firm Mancera Ernst & Young, S.C. performs an annual audit on our finances.

How are we accountable to the community?

On the basis of our strict evaluation process, we assess all of the programs, projects and initiatives that we fund or execute and inform our Board and its committees, social investors, organizations, institutions and the community, through different print materials and our web page.
